Privacy Notice – CPA (January 2019 Rev 1)

Personal data will be collected which may include, but is not limited to; client name, address, contact number and email address. These details will only be kept and used for the purpose of performing occupational obligations. On completion of works these details will be stored for the purpose of archiving and may be removed at the request of the client.

Information will only be shared with third parties as necessary or desirable for the performance of our occupational obligations, for example (but without limitation) with third parties who require client details for the purpose of processing applications, or to other traders as requested by the client. Examples of occupation obligations requiring the processing of personal data may include;

– The preparation of building plans to Local Authority or Building Regulation standards

– Submission of plans to Local Authorities

– Submission of plans to water services companies

Third parties may include Local Authorities, Thames Water or recommendations of other professional services such as building or interior design services.

Client details may also be shared with Cole Park Associates lawyers, accountants or other professional advisers where appropriate in connection with the right and obligations of the business.

Should the client wish to withdraw consent at any time they should do so by contacting  CP Party wall ( forming part of CP Church Street Ltd) formally where the request will be processed.

By voluntarily completing the client details as requested for an enquiry or commencement of works with CP Party wall ( forming part of CP Church Street Ltd)  the client gives their consent for their data to be collected and processed in accordance with this privacy notice
